  1. Is everyone at the office required to wear a bun? If that be the case I’d bun it and shut it. If not…I’d have a discussion with HR about cultural awareness. There is a difference between big hair and teased over the top big hair. Chick on the magazine? Over the top, editorial hair in my opinion. That would be distracting as hell in a professional setting.

    • Hi Jessica – I’m not sure if everyone at the office is required to wear a bun. I am wondering if a bun is just that persons idea of tidy. I agree that Alisha Dixon’s hair is over big and therefore could even be considered a health and safety issue in some environments. Or at lease it’s is not the most practical of hair dos.

  2. The thing with words like “messy” and “wild” just show me the people are looking our hair through a European lense. Which doesn’t make sense. It’s non-sense. As for Alecia’s hair, it’s obviously done up for drama. No one goes to work like that
